1. Toyota Camry and Honda sedan collided with their heads.
2. One person inside. Each vehicle is trapped and requires retrieval.
3. Phelan Road was completely blocked in about half an hour.
4. Patients were extracted and transported from a ground ambulance to the local parking lot of Bros.
5. Two advanced support conductors (ALS) were ordered to transport patients to traumatic centers.
