Early last month, actress Madison De La Garza, the younger sister of singer and actress Demi Lovato, revealed that she and her partner Ryan Mitchell are expecting their first baby together. Nearly two months later, they shared a devastating update about their little one.
In a text post on Instagram, Desperate wives star shared that she and Ryan are grieving the loss of their baby, a girl they’ve chosen to name Xiomara. Madison wrote, “On the evening of September 27th, after an emergency c-section, Ryan and I held our baby girl for the first and last time. Thank you Xiomara for making us the parents of the most perfect angel in heaven. Mom and Dad love you sweet girl.
Madison’s sister Demi wrote in a caption — and then shared the same sentiment on her Instagram Stories — “I love you so much Xiomara. An angel in every sense of the word. I will be your aunt forever. Demi Jutes’ fiance also took to the comments to write, “I love you so much, rest in peace baby angel Xiomara.” Another Madison sister, Dallas Lovato, commented: “Baby girl Xiomara, I miss you everyday. I will take good care of your mother so you can fly away.
It is not clear when the actress started dating Ryan. She shared her first post with him in June of this year, but hadn’t been active on Instagram before that since October 2023 and hadn’t posted before her hiatus from the social media app. Our thoughts are with Madison and Ryan at this difficult time.
