Lubbock Man receives 30 years to possess explicit material for abuse of children – news/conversations 790 kfyo

A man in Lyubok has recently been sentenced to 30 years in prison after pleading guilty to possession with the intention of promoting childhood pornography, among other accusations.

Eric Saldivar’s guilty legal basis

33-year-old Eric Saldivar was arrested for the first time in January 2023, with his initial accusations being a single issue and 10 for possession of a material depicting sexual abuse of children, according to Lubbock.

Then in September ’24, their number increased to 25 possession of child porn with the intention of promoting.

Due to an agreement on the legal basis that Saldivar concluded, many of these allegations, along with a fee of expression, were rejected.

Saldivar’s arrest

Saldivar was originally destroyed in 2023 because of an online advice stating that the content that promoted sexual abuse against children was uploaded through its accounts.

The authorities were then sent and searched on his mobile phone, where they found about 40 separate folders of materials depicting violence against children.

Although interviewed by detectives, Saldivar has also been reported to have been involved in expression. Investigators have found 166 files showing the namelessness of his phone, many of which shows him that he is doing intimate action with his pet.

Even with many of the declined accusations, including Belialness, Saldivar was still sentenced to 20 years in prison for possession with the intention of promoting child pornography. He also received 10 years for possession of child pornography, a total of 30 years serving consistently.
