Eunice, La.-Woman Basketball of LSU Eunice uses an impressive running in the second and third quarter to win 79-52 over Baton Rouge CC on Wednesday at HPre Center. The Bengali (16-9, 5-0 LCCAC) remained the lonely unbeaten in the conference game in half of the LCCAC graphics.

The victory was the 10th consecutive victory in Bengals, the first two-digit win of the program after the 2019-2020 team published 12 in a row. LSUE’s longest win in school history is 16 games – put three different times.

Like their first date, LSU Eunice overcame the slow first quarter, using a big running to run past Baton Rouge forever. The Bengals lags behind 17-12, with 7:55 remaining in the second quarter before injecting 17-0 in less than three minutes. Simone Clay began and finished the noise with three points of baskets, while Camiera McDonald contacted a trio of another deep trifts. The duo scored 19 of the 27 points of the team in a quarter to help the Bengals hold 37-24 Edge at the half.

Lsue continued its domination in the third quarter, surpassing the bears 23-12 to take a 24-point lead in the final frame, 60-36. Ray’onna Sterling scored six of its 14 points in a quarter.

McDonald led all the goal scorers with 20 points, making four three -point baskets. Clay added 15, while Maraya heard and Trinity Thomas, each chipped 10 points each.

The Bengali went on the road this weekend for a Saturday match against Delgado CS in New Orleans. The game time from the center of Michael Williamson is defined for 2:00 pm.
