Quincy – Lucy Sanders, 85, firmed bakes on her front porch in the neighborhood of the Mobil gas station from Interstate 10 in Gadsden County when a woman is running out of the store screaming for help.

Linda Jackson, who lives near the gas station and worked there once, happened to enter the store just before the start of the armed robbery and shooting.

Salters said he hoped the group prayer session would help the community cure.
