West Virginia native Carter Zuliani announced his commitment to West Virginia on Sunday afternoon. The 6-foot-6, 235-pound tight end and defensive lineman attends Bridgeport High School.
During his senior season, Zuliani had 27.5 tackles, 12.5 for a loss, five sacks, two forced fumbles, six pass deflections and a blocked punt. He led his team to a West Virginia Class AAA state title and was a first-team all-state selection as a defensive end.
Not only is Zuliani a star on the court, but he was also a starter for his basketball team and a member of both the swim and track and field teams. Fun fact: His family owns “Zul’s,” the frozen lemonade sold at WVU sporting events!
