It is an honor to write an acknowledgment of the time I have spent working under Claudia Mendoza. Her leadership, caring and authentic nature set her apart.

Claudia gives tirelessly and her unwavering support of her staff as well as her students created a community of positivity and acceptance where everyone was able to thrive. She is committed to the happiness and well-being of her staff, students and the greater school community.

Her attention to detail and unwavering efforts to ensure that everyone is supported and that the achievements of those who work with her are recognised, is unparalleled. Simply put, Claudia always pays attention to the little things that really matter when others might overlook them. She values others and this, combined with her natural energy and vibrancy, creates a culture that is second to none.

Claudia’s professionalism is always combined with a realistic view and authentic concern for others. The lasting impact she has made on the lives of hundreds of staff members and thousands of students is a true testament to the amazing person she is and the hard work and dedication she puts into every aspect of her career and her relationships with others.

I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such a dedicated and talented director and cannot speak highly enough of her merits and integrity. Her loyalty, competence and ethics are the gold standard for what others in her position should strive to achieve.
