Larendo, Texas (KGNS) – Get ready to go down and get dirty for health! The city of Laredo announced its upcoming Mud Fiesta, an exciting event, including mud courses for all ages. This unique event brings together various organizations, including veteran groups, to promote both physical and mental well -being.
Participants will have the chance to test their strength and endurance by dealing with two exciting courses of obstacles. Organizers encourage the public to register and join the entertainment, emphasizing that the event is open to everyone.
“This is a very friendly type of competition. There will be no first, second or third place – it’s just to get together and have fun, “said Dr. Julie Bazan, from the Center for Health Education in the area. She added that anyone who wants to participate is welcome and that the uniform is completely free.
Mud Fiesta will take place on March 15, 7am to 6pm. Do not miss this exciting opportunity to challenge yourself and enjoy the day of fitness and fun!

The long -awaited Mud Fiesta Larendo will host Jovita Idar’s El Progreso Park (6002 Thomas Ave.) on Saturday, March 15, 2025, from 7:00 to 18:00.
This free community event encourages fitness, teamwork and entertainment through mud courses for all ages. Participants can test their strength and endurance in each of the two exciting areas:
