Kentucky needed this one.
The 14th ranked Wildcats defeated South Carolina 80-57 on Saturday afternoon at Rupp Arena, avoiding the third consecutive loss of its home court against the background of a slider, who saw that Britain lost four of its previous five games.
The starting point Lamont Butler made his long -awaited return to court after being aside for two weeks with a shoulder injury. It started for cats and had eight points, three assists, three turnover and theft in 23 minutes.
