Kyrie Irving, Anthony Davis on Report Report for Mavericks -Cavaliers – Sports Illustrated

Dallas Maverix still plays basketball on Sunday, playing in Cleveland against Cavalars in the middle of a five -game trip. Dallas made a shocking trade on Saturday nights/Sunday morning by sending Luca Doncic to Lakers in exchange for Anthony Davis and Max Christie. This is probably the most surprising move in NBA history, but it significantly changes the Dallas injury report on this game against Cleveland.

Doncic would have come out by the end of the calf strain trip, but he strives to return on February 8th. Maxi Kleber, who was also in the deal, also just did her foot surgery and would probably be out for the season. But they are no longer in Dallas.

Kiri Irving (right shoulder tenderness), Daniel Gafford (left ankle tenderness) and PJ Washington (right knee pain) are listed as doubtful to play against Cleveland. Irving was seen trying to loosen his shoulder during the Friday match against Detroit and had already missed the game against CAVS in early January.

Trade has not yet been finalized since the time of writing (3:30 CST), so Anthony Davis and Max Christie were not officially in the injury report, but Davis missed the last two abdominal injury matches. He should not keep him too long, but he should not play in this game. It is difficult to expect Christie to play in such a quick twist.

Cleveland has already excluded Isaac Okoro (spraying the joint on the right shoulder) and Dean Wade (knee bruising on the right knee), while Caris Levert to (right wrist) and Craig Porter Jr. (disease) are in question with illness.
