Krewe of Oshun Parade is preparing to roll in the 5th year in Baton Rouge – WAFB

Baton Rouge, La. (WAFB) – Krewe of Oshun is preparing to meet the Baton Rouge community on its 5th annual parade and festival.

The parade will begin to roll the streets at noon on Saturday, February 15th. The parade route includes part of the 72nd Avenue, a picturesque highway and Harding Boulevard.

The organizers of the parade said the public could expect dazzling floats, decorated with live colors and complex designs, live music and more.

After the parade, there will be a festival at 2 pm on the 3200 Harding Boulevard in Baton Rouge. The festival will include live, food, fashion and more.
