Las Vegas – Findlay Machine & Tool, LLC DBA Kreate plans to open its first facility on the West Coast in North Las Vegas after being approved for state tax incentives during the State Tax Council during the Nevada Economic Development Service (Goed ).

The vertically integrated design and engineering company specializes in plastic injected products and produces a variety of retail marketing products, including storage, shelves, work support, utility services and drainage systems.

“North Las Vegas was a natural choice for Kreate due to logistical advantages and incentives of local government, paired with a strong local workforce, making it the perfect place for this expansion,” said Nikola Reinhart, founder and CEO of Kreate. “This investment reflects our commitment to our customers, ensuring that we can meet their needs at incomparable speed, quality and efficiency.”

The 235,000 square feet of Kreate is expected to be in full production by June 2025, and the company plans to make a capital investment of $ 11.5 million over the next two years. The facility will bring modern production jobs to the region, including processor engineers, plant managers and tool engineers.

During his quarterly meeting today, the GoED Council approved tax incentives for a total of three companies that are considering moving or expanding throughout the country, including Kreate. These three companies will make capital investments of $ 71.7 million and generate $ 18 million new state tax revenue over the next 10-year reduction period.
