A longtime owner of an apartment in Trenton has sold two properties with a combined 57 units, in a set of transactions organized by Kislak Co. Inc.

According to a news message, transactions include the 24 BelleView Commons Apartments units of 328 Bellevue Ave. The seller’s lawyer, BelleView Commons LLC, derived $ 2.85 million in a private investor deal.

Kislak Executive Vice President Barry Weisbrod represents the seller in the trade, partnering with Ten-X to facilitate the auction for online managed offers. He did the same for the second transaction, on the 883-887 Parkside Ave., working on behalf of Parkside Commons LLC to sell the property of 33 units for $ 3.326 million.

“The seller is a long -time landlord with a large presence in Trenton and exchanges some of his smaller properties in bigger suburban properties in southern New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania,” Weisbrod said. “Buyers invest in real estate in Mercer County. It was an opportunity for them to acquire clean properties with Upside in a nice section from Trenton not far from their other properties. “

Kislak noted that both properties are three -storey brick apartment complexes with a mix of studios and units with one and two bedrooms. The properties include large parking lots and have recently been subjected to improvements and modernization of the system.

“These auction sales were our fourth and fifth in Trenton in partnership with Ten-X,” says Jason Pucci, CEO of Kislak. “In any case, Evan Koranski and his team in Ten-X did an excellent job from the beginning to the end and all the parties were pleased with the results.”
