On Wednesday, Kislak announced the recent sale of two multi -family properties in Trenton for a total of $ 6.2 million.
Apartments BelleView Commons, located on 328 Bellevue Ave., with 24 units sold for $ 2850,000; and Parkside Commons, located at 883-887 Parkside Ave., with 33 units sold for $ 3,326,000.
Kislak launched the exclusive vice -president of Barry Weisbrod, who processes the assignment on behalf of sellers, BelleView Commons, LLC and ParkSide Commons, LLC, branches of a longtime client.
Kislak has partnered with Ten-X to facilitate an online auction for offers managed with successful results. Separate profitable candidates, both are locally at private investors who have purchased the properties. The names of the parties were not revealed.
“The seller is a long -time landlord with a large presence in Trenton and exchanges some of his smaller properties in bigger suburban properties in southern New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. Buyers invest in real estate in Mercer County. It was an opportunity for them to acquire clean properties up in a nice section of Trenton not far from their other properties, “Weisbrod commented.
Both properties are three -storey brick apartment complexes with 24 units in Apartments BelleView Commons and 33 units in ParkSide Commons, which include a mix of studios and one and two bedrooms.
The properties include large parking lots and have recently undergone many improvements and superstructures of the system.
“These auction sales were our fourth and fifth in Trenton in partnership with Ten-X,” said Jason Pucci CEO. “In any case, Evan Koranski and his team in Ten-X did an excellent job from the beginning to the end and all the parties were pleased with the results.”
Trenton is the capital of New Jersey and the seat of Mercer County. It is located near the geographical center of the state about 66 miles southwest of New York and 33 miles northeast of Philadelphia. Trenton in 2020 is the 10th most abundant municipality of the country, with a population of 90 871.
