Kia EV9 named Edmunds Top Rated 2025 Electric SUV – San Bernardino County Sun

The awards continue to pile up for the KIA’s three -row EV9 EV9.

The 2025 Kia EV9 has been declared the highest rated Edmunds with the highest level of 2025 Electric SUV, the second consecutive year, which changes to the Game Sport Awe, has caught the prestigious honor.

The EV9 was one of the six vehicles recognized in the Edmunds 2025 Top Rate Awards, which were announced on January 22 after being selected through strict independent tests. Edmunds manages, tests and evaluates more than 300 vehicles each year to come up with winners in six different categories.

Praise for its exceptional combination of utility, value and space, EV9 again impressed Edmunds experts, reinforcing the status of the car as a benchmark for high achievements among the electric SUVs.

“Kia hit the sweet place with a three -row family SUV that combines great driving with a spacious, multi -sided cabin,” says Alistair Weaver, editor -in -chief of Edmunds. “The quality and attention to detail are really exceptional, improving vehicles costing thousands more.”

Stephen Center, Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President of Kia America, said the latest recognition “emphasizes EV9’s achievements and reinforces (KIA) to provide innovative and world EVs.”

EV9 stands out with its “opposite united” design, combining nature and modernity, Kia America said in a news message. The car has a spacious interior, enough loading space, towing opportunities, the highest driving level, first-class materials and fast loading.

Other winners with the highest rated Edmunds awards were:

  • Highest Rating Car: Honda Civic Hybrid
  • Electric car with the highest rating 2025: Tesla Model 3
  • Electric truck with the highest rating 2025: Rivian R1t
  • The highest rated SUV 2025: Toyota Grand Highlander
  • Truck with the highest evaluation 2025: Ford Ranger
