Kamala’s Opportunity Economy: Foreign Workers Provide Over 1 Million Jobs, Nearly 800K Americans Lose Jobs – Breitbart

Foreign-born workers have increased significantly in the labor market as native-born Americans continue to disappear from the workforce under the watch of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, the latest report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics shows.

The report describes a troubling trend chronicled for years by Breitbart News, in which foreign-born workers in the Biden-Harris economy are winning nearly all the jobs and native-born Americans are being left out of the labor market.

“Over the past year, native-born Americans have lost almost 800,000 jobs, while foreign-born workers have gained over 1 million jobs; the US labor market is becoming a temporary employment agency for foreign workers and government bureaucrats,” Heritage Foundation economist EJ Antoni writes.

At the same time as Antony points out“American-born still hold fewer jobs today than before the pandemic (-873,000), while all net job growth has gone to foreign-born workers (+3.7 million).”

“Many Americans are unhappy with the economy because they don’t have the jobs,” Antony wrote to X.

Former President Donald Trump has routinely criticized Biden and Harris for importing millions of migrants in less than four years — many of whom are targeted on the labor market to take American jobs that would otherwise go to working and U.S. Americans. lower middle class.

“So foreigners coming into our country illegally, largely illegally, have taken the jobs of native Americans, and I’m telling you that’s going to happen,” Trump said in September.

In July, a Pew Research Center study found that by 2022, more than 30 million legal immigrants and illegal aliens would have held U.S. jobs — a 20 percent increase over the past 15 years. During the same period, the number of Native Americans who were added to the labor force increased by less than 10 percent.
