Judge denies Charlie Adelson’s suggestion to resent – WCTV

Tallahasee, Florida (WCTV) – a chain judge denied Charlie Addelson’s request to be accepted again on conspiracy and request accusations.

Judge Stephen Everett issued the order last week, saying that while there were two mistakes in the Adelson table, it did not affect his final sentence.

“When the court imposes its sentence, it does not refer to or mentions the result at all, demonstrating that the court does not rely on the calculation of the largest permissible sentence in prison,” the judge wrote in his order.
