Laramie, Wyo., February 22, 2025 – The University of Wyoming International Athletics Hall of Fame has announced the class since 2025 today. Three of the most decorated footballers who have ever played in Wyoming, a scale men’s basketball player, a record baseball player, a universal female basketball player and a star fighter contains the 32nd class of the hall.
This year’s motives are Josh Alan (Football, 2015-17), Casey Bramlet (Football, 2000-2003), Kurt Jimmerson (Men’s Basketball, 1961-63), Hugh Lowham (wrestling, 1962-64), Mike Mulki (Baseball, 1985 -88), Lori Klein Woodel (female basketball, 1979, 1981-83) and John Wendling (Football, 2003-06).
The 32 -year -old introduction ceremony will be held at the Marian H. Rochelle Portal Center in the campus of Friday, September 5, 2025 Ticket information will be announced on a later date.
A total of 196 individuals and 25 teams have been introduced into the Hall of Fame since its inception in 1993.
The Fame Hall Committee met in January to make its final selections for this year’s class. The inductors must fit into one of the five categories: a student, a coach, a team, a member of the athletic staff or a special achievement. The special achievement category includes persons who have contributed to the ideal of sports at the university. Each nominee must receive at least 75 percent of the Commission vote in order to be admissible. Nominations are encouraged and must be presented by September 1st to be considered for next year.
