Obituary
Joeo’s parent, 81, from Wilmington, Deever, died suddenly on December 21, 2024 at Wilmington Hospital.
Born by the late William E. and Helen Villa Guin in Chester, Pennsylvania, and grew up in Linwood, Pennsylvania, Joe An has been a resident of Wilmington, a 1968 Habor.
Joe Ann had a remarkable career working at the Supreme Court, supporting lawsuit on oral arguments, as well as working for Leon Weiner and Assoc. She has also held positions as a legal secretary at law firms in downtown Wilmington for several years.
In her spare time, she liked to work on Senate Senate campaigns, as well as enjoy the time with her best friends, to visit the Aston snack frequently, to remember and laugh in the afternoon.
The proud graduate of the Chichester High School, graduation in 1961, also visits the University of Penn State, studying business.
Joe Ann was deeply committed to her faith and was a member of the Church of Brandywine Valley and the Church of Ascension at Claymont Delaware.
She survived from her five children, Joe An Carolyn Frame, James J. Frame, Jr., Janice L. (Terry) Hernandez, William S. Parent Jr. and Catherine F. Parent; Her brother, William Guin Jr.; five grandchildren; Ashley Frame (died before 2018), Kevin Frem, Caitlin Harcins, Megan Hernandez, Zakari Frame and great -grandson Jaden.
Celebration of Joe Ann’s life will take place on February 8, 2025 in the Ascension Church, 3717 Philadelphia Pike, to Claymont de, the visit will be at 10-11 in the morning and the church service from 11-12 in the evening. The holiday of life will be at 12 o’clock in the parish hall to the church.
Instead of flowers, donations can be made in her memory of Delaware’s Humane Society, where her beloved Chelsea and Mitsi were adopted and appreciated.
