Swartz As the SVP of the company, CEO of Growth, effective February 18, 2025, the SWARTZ will play a major role in keeping the rebranding and sustainable growth of Chesapeake employers. As a member of the company’s executive leadership team, the SWARTZ will develop a strategic approach to the growth and commitment of customers, covering all aspects of business, including market expansion, product and services innovation, new opportunities and community impact. It will manage the strategy and teams responsible for the brand, marketing, communications and sales.
With over 20 years of experience in C-Suite and leadership, Ms Swartz is a global CEO for marketing business with proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive market strategies that stimulate revenue, profitability and market share for different industries , including insurance, financial services, professional services and technologies.
Before joining the Chesapeake employers, D -JA Swartz serves as SVP, marketing and communications for PayScale, a global compensation company located in Seattle, Washington. Other leadership roles she has held include Vice President, growth marketing and market insights for Westrock, a global book and document and the insion of Westrock, global paper and a packaging company located in Atlanta, GA; EVP, CEO for Marketing and Communications of National General, Allstate company located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina; and SVP, client experience digital and leader of Global Marketing Practice on B2B Revenue for Weber Shandwick, Global Communication Agency and PR. Ms Swartz has been a resident of the Baltimore region for more than 20 years and has been deeply engaged in both marketing communities in Baltimore and Washington, Colombia.
