Joan closes 500 stores nationwide, including commercial sites in Findlay, Fremont and Defiance – WTVG

Toledo, Ohio (WTVG) – After a bankruptcy for the second time in a year, a brand of fabric and craft Joan closes 500 stores across the country.

The Wednesday message will leave only 300 stores open in the United States

Closing the area stores includes places in Fremont, Findlay and Defiance in Northwest Ohio. Adrian is among those listed in Michigan. Check out the full list of stores you will close below.

The company first applied for bankruptcy in March 2024, but managed to stay at sailing after becoming a private company. The merchant accuses this current submission of serious and unexpected inventory problems.
