The suspect of the murder of Idaho University, Brian Kohberger, looked like a new Mught after he had taken off hundreds of kilometers in his preparation for the process.
The 29 -year -old Kochberger was mastered on Sunday in the capital of Idaho, Boas, after receiving a change of place to move the process from Latak, where he was accused of fatally stabbing four students at their home for rent in Moscow in 2022.
Kochberger was seen arriving at Boise on a small plane and was transferred to a black SUV to an orange overall and cuffs.
A new fog made upon his arrival in the sheriff of Ada County shows that the murder suspected stares staring forward with a tiny face and ridiculous hair.
District Judge John Judge ordered the transfer last Monday, referring to several reasons to move the trial to a greater courtroom and remove Kohberger from the place of the crime – including the fears that people would like to “burn the court” if he was acquitted S
Kochberger’s defense is said to have unjust prejudices due to public publicity if the process is held in the “tightly braided” Latach County, where jurors are more likely to have an emotional response to the killings, the court records show.
Ada County, Boise House, is regarded as more favorable for defense due to its higher population and the likelihood of media consumption for Kohberger and the killings will be more “diluted” than in Latak, court documents reported.
Kohberger has been accused of breaking students Ethan Chapin, Xana Kernodle, Kaylee Goncalves and Madison Mogen in the early hours of November 13, 2022 in their house outside the campus.
Mobile phones that suggest that Kohberger was near the house outside the campus, where students were stabbed to death, is one of the main evidence that led to Kohberger accused of killings, employees said.
Kohberger, earlier a doctor of criminology student at Washington State University, has admitted that he has not been guilty of four first -degree murder charges and one burglary count.
A judge did not say exactly where the process would take place – indicative of June 2025 – it leaves it to the Supreme Court of the State to decide.
