Service on one of the regional Septa railway lines has been stopped due to a fire that has spread on a train, according to employees of the transit agency.
At X, previously known as Twitter, Septa reported that the fire department at the Krum Lin Station.

The fire was reported under a train on the Wilmington/Newark line near the station around 6:00 pm on Thursday, February 6, a spokesman for SEPTA told the NBC10. The fire spread in the first train car.

All 350 passengers were evacuated from the affected train and buses were available, the spokesman explained. No injuries were reported.
Witnesses reported a strange smell and seeing smoke.
One passenger, Dnasia Buckner, told the NBC10 that the conductors on the train have it, and passengers near it are moving twice.
“I was scared,” Buckner said. “I started to feel claustrophobic.”
Amtrak also announced that the services had been delayed between Wilmington and Philadelphia because of this fire. The service resumed the northeast corridor.
Resurrection: The fire department released the tracks. All services working between Philadelphia (PHL) and Wilmington (WIL) resumed the trip. Residual delays can occur due to rail congestion.
