Historically happy hour with the participation of Kasey Ball

Join the West Batton Rouge Museum on Friday, February 21, 2025 at 6:00 pm for a historically happy hour. The music artist this month will be Kasey Ball, which performs trumpet, saxophone and trombone, as well as singing Mardi Gras’s favorite, accompanied by his acoustic trio maintenance group. Louisiana Native, Kasey Ball is a multinestructionalist composer/songwriter and trumpet specialist approved by Del Quadro Trumpets, who will fulfill original jazz music, as well as Selected standards of Bebop and music by New Orleans Brass Band Repertoire. It has been professionally active since 2010 and is a stable attachment of Jazz and Blues scenes of New Orleans and Baton Rouge. Kasey has traveled to Las Vegas, New York and Ecuador as a jazz musician and clinician at New Orleans. This free event is open to the public. This performance will be held outdoors on the joint stage of Juk on the site of the West Batton Rouge Museum near the 6th street. In a historically happy hour, drinks are on you, and history is on us. They are all invited to bring blankets, folding chairs and refreshments to enjoy the museum sites. In the event of an adverse weather, the event will move indoors.
