Hialeah Gardens, FLA. -37-year-old woman from Hialeah Gardens was arrested last week after physically abused her daughter, authorities said.

According to an arrest report, Hyalea Gardens police were called to school on Friday by a school resource employee who announced that a girl had arrived at the school with visible brands of the face.

The age of the child and the name of the school were edited by the publicly issued report.

Police said the employees were talking to a school advisor who was talking to the girl. She said the girl had told her that her mother Sandra Flores had hit her the previous night because he “eats all her food.”

According to the report, the girl claims that Flores grabbed her with two hands by the shirt and began to shake her from the side, digging her bones in her daughter’s chest.

Police said that Flores then grabbed the victim for the neck, pushed her to the floor and hit her in the area of the face and head.

According to the report, the victim provided the same story when she was questioned by two law enforcement officers.

Police said she also told them that her mother was “forcibly hit her in the past.”

Flores was arrested in his home the same day and denied allegations against her, authorities said.

According to the report, despite the visible injuries to the victim’s body, Flores claims that her daughter is lying.

Police said Flores’s own father spoke with a detective at the police department the same day and informed the detective that his daughter had always treated the victim differently from her brothers and sisters and that he told Flores in the past that he would like to take full custody of the victim, but she refused.

According to the report, after talking to the detective, Grandpa returned to the victim’s home to wait for the victim to go home to take care of her.

The Department of Children and Families in Florida was informed of the allegations, but it is unclear if Grandpa will receive custody of the girl.

Flores is confronted with fees for violence against children without major bodily harm and battery.

By Monday afternoon, Flores no longer appeared in the online prison database.
