Summary
15+ years of experience in higher education, providing assistance to both students and teachers. It is my passion to come together with both students and teachers to provide support and help find solutions to the problems they present. I find it really satisfying to see how students achieve the goal to complete their degree.
I served as a director of academic support services at Sierra Nevada University for 13 years and have observed consultations (including carrying my own student workload), lessons, disabilities for our students and graduates, career services, prosecution services and assistance consultation referrals S I also helped to create and implement a program of success at SNU College, which included teaching a course for students who are fighting academically. In my transition to UNRLT as a coordinator of academic success, my main role is to advise and support our Lake Tahoe Legacy students to complete their degrees. I also assist in planning courses and assisting teachers with many details related to teaching our SNU students.
