Hall Hill Farm near Lanchester, Durham County, notes a huge victory after being named a Grand Farm Attraction of the Year at the prestigious National Farm Attractions Network awards.

The Gala awards held last week in the winter gardens of Blackpool has collected the best farmer’s attractions of the United Kingdom to achieve excellent achievements in the industry.

With over 100,000 visitors last year, Hall Hill Farm has become a mandatory destination for families seeking practical experience in the farm.

The family attraction, led by Anne Darlington and son Richard, first opened in 1981, and what began as an ordinary lamb event grew into one of the most beloved farm experiences in the UK.

Over the years, Hall Hill Farm has won numerous regional and national tourist awards – but this is the first time it has been recognized as the best farm attraction in the UK.

Hall Hill Farm opened again on Saturday, February 22, when visitors can meet with the delightful children of Pygmy Goat and last year’s calves in Highland, as well as celebrate with Ann & Richard.
