MADISON — Madison County’s fourth Ardent preschool and daycare is coming to the city of Madison. TJ and Sherry Lee of Leeland Ventures, along with Ardent Preschool CEO John LaBreche, are partnering with Breland Companies to break ground on the new location today at 2 p.m. Ardent Preschool and Daycare will be located at 530 Dunlop Boulevard in Town Madison.
“There is simply nothing like the Ardent Preschool experience,” said TJ Lee. “From the moment you step into the spacious, beautifully designed, modern facilities or drop off your child in one of Ardent’s colorful, well-appointed classrooms, you will be greeted by caring, highly skilled staff. You are quick to relax as a parent, rest assured that your children will be cared for in a safe, secure, Christian environment.”
The new 24,162-square-foot facility will be located on a 3.23-acre site in the heart of Madison, a premier community in the region. Located between two upscale residential neighborhoods, The Heights and The Commons, and adjacent to the historic Madison Golf Center and Quarry Park, the school will be highly accessible and visible to residents.
Scheduled to open in the fall of 2025, the new facility will offer year-round, full-time day care for infants ages six weeks to preschool. The school will provide a healthy, Christian-based learning environment and will have 18 modern classrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and large indoor play areas.
Outdoor amenities will include a splash pad, covered playground and soccer field, all designed to provide children with plenty of opportunities for safe, fun play. Security will be a top priority with features such as CCTV, magnetic lock doors and coded entry/exit systems.
Like Ardent’s other Redstone Gateway, Clift Farm and Jones Valley locations, the Town Madison site was chosen for its central location and easy access to the growing North Alabama workforce.
Lee, with over 35 years of experience developing Christian educational facilities, sees this new Ardent Preschool as another chance to serve the community by offering a high-quality, faith-based education to local families.
Ardent’s LaBreche reflects the mood.
“We are proud to bring Ardent’s eighth Alabama location to the city of Madison, continuing our commitment to providing the best child and educational experience,” he said.
