Grandma arrested for cruelty to minors after video surfaces online – WAFB

Baton Rouge, La. (WAFB) -Bab was arrested after a shocking video appeared online, hitting her 5-year-old grandson in his head and face.

According to a statement from the Baton Rouge Police Department, the 60 -year -old Pauline Tainet was taken on Tuesday, February 4 for cruelty to minors.

Police were sent to West Grant Street House around 3:00 pm Tuesday for a complaint of children abused by a concerned citizen who monitors Facebook Live abuse, reveal arrest documents.

After interviewing Knight, the police watched two videos of a woman, they believe that she is Knight by hitting the child. The first video is described by the respective citizen. Authorities said a second video shows that Knight, allegedly hit his grandson in the face, meeting the criteria for cruelty to minors.

Knighen was booked at the parish prison in East Baton Rouge.
