Gran Patron, the basis of Mexican cuisine in Hampton roads, expands to the location of the Atlantic Avenue.

Virginia Beach, Washington – Gran Patron expands its authentic Mexican cuisine to the Ocean of Virginia Beach with a new place on Atlantic Avenue.

The restaurant will be located on the ground floor of the 27th Atlantic Residential building, offering views of the Virginia Beach and Ocean board to release Divaris Real Estate.

Gran Patron has been working in Hampton Rhodes for 35 years, with the site of the ocean being their sixth. Most recently, the restaurant opened the 5168 Princess Anne Road, not far from Kempsville Road.

“This new location allows us to offer not only the bold scents our guests love, but also an incredible breathtaking eating with a breathtaking view of the ocean,” said Juan Arelano, president of Gran Patron. “We can’t wait to welcome everyone at our table and celebrate this next chapter! “

The location of 7000 square feet can accommodate 300 people. The layout includes covered outdoor seating and roofing for private events.

“For the first time, locals and visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy red and white salsa from front row seats overlooking the sand and sea,” says Neil Sadler, leasing and sales representative at Divaris Real Estate.
