Glendale students set up cider stand to raise money for people in need – Arizona family

PHOENIX (AZ Family) “It’s Halloween this week and the weather is getting colder.” It’s the perfect time of year for a delicious cider.

Students at New Gains Academy in Glendale created their own cider stand. The students are doing a good thing by raising money to help around 25 people who are experiencing homelessness and other difficulties.

The school says this event helps children learn math and financial literacy. But more importantly, it helps them learn lessons on how to help others.

Thank you to all these amazing children for their good work before the holidays.
