Gilbert makes third 147 – WPBSA

David Gilbert made the third maximum break in his career during his match against Zhou Yuelong in seven of the Betvictor League Invitational Championship.

Gilbert becomes the 27th player who made three or more official 147s, and all three perfect vacations entered the Champions League -the first of the 215 and second in 2019.

The maximum came in the second frame to make the score 1-1, and Gilbert continued to win 3-1 with additional breaks of 88 and 124.

This is the 211st 147 in the history of snooker and ninth of the season.
