Virginia Beach police claim that the incident was reported shortly before 3 hours Wednesday in the 700 block of the S. S. S.
In the latest report, all canvases from Indian River Road to Drift Tide Drive are closed.
The Virginia Beach Fire Service is in the place it is investigating.
