The special group of American marshals in the Houston region followed a lead from the eastern division in Plano, which led them to Tuesday morning to Houston McDonald’s.
“When our team entered McDonald’s, they had decided that this was considered a safe environment. They tried to give him verbal commands, at that time it was not in line,” explained the US deputy Marshal Cameron Welch.
Employees used Johnson’s Taser, but they say he has not yet complied.
Authorities say Johnson has reached for a bag. Outside McDonald’s employees believe it is a threat and fired, hitting Johnson. Even then they say he has not yet complied.
“It was at that time that the K9 working group was located, and at that time it was actually submissive and removed,” Welch said.
While Johnson’s injury is unknown, he is expected to survive.
No one else was injured.
Uber driver arrested for sexual attack of children

The Uber driver in northern Texas was arrested for sexual assault on his 12-year-old passenger. The child was riding on his own at the time.
The story:
Johnson was arrested in planned last July and was accused of sexual assault on a 12-year-old child.
Investigators say Johnson worked for Uber Health on July 9, when he responded to a request for a pickup truck in Frisco and took an unaccompanied minor.
Police say Johnson has lifted the girl from a therapeutic place in Frisco to take her home to plan.
The conversation during the ride was very graphic, investigators say.
Johnson then took the way to Legacy Drive in Plano. Then police claimed that he had made the girl enter the front seat and sexually attacked him in the parking lot.
Before she took her down, Johnson claims to have told the girl, if she said something, there would be “problems”.
According to the arrest statement, the girl told her therapist the next day.
Johnson was arrested on July 12 and charged with aggravated sexual assault on a child.
Police claim that the girl was only at Uber because her mother called for a ride in the Uber Health app, designed to take people to and from medical facilities.
The court documents show that Johnson has published a $ 200,000 bond and is traced by an ankle monitor.
What’s next:
Once Johnson is medically clean, he will be returned to Colin County to be charged.
It is unclear what additional accusations Johnson will face the incident on Tuesday.
The Texas Rangers are investigating the shooting of the officer in Houston.
