The public statement is organized with the help of a process of registration of speakers and time restrictions. In order to adapt the most large contribution from the attendees, the chairman reserves the right to determine the time given to each topic and speaker. In order to ensure an adequate time to deal with the needs of the Commission’s business, there will be no more than two hours of public comments on issues that are not on the agenda of this meeting. Public comment on issues that are not on the agenda will be heard at the end of the second day, February 27.
