Frontier Airlines returns to Renault with continuous flights to Las Vegas, Denver: What to know – Reno Gazette Journal

Frontier Airlines is less than a month away from the return to Renault-Taho International Airport with continuous flights to Las Vegas and Denver.

Frontier Airlines is ready to stretch its wings in Renault once more as it returns to the largest small town.

The budget airline restarted Reno Service on March 7, with Frontier Airlines launching its return with continuous flights to Las Vegas and Denver. The flights are planned to be available three times a week.

Reno routes are part of 16 new routes that Frontier has announced across the country in November in a major expansion of airline services.

Frontier is promoting two travel winners to Las Vegas and Denver.

The return of Frontier adds even more opportunities to two popular destinations for Reno Travelers, said Tina Iftiger, CEO for the development of Renault-Taho Airport Airport.

“With these new flights, passengers have more choices and flexibility when traveling,” Iftiger said.

Frontier was offering a continuous flight twice a week to Las Vegas from 2019, but left the market within a few years.

What new flights have been added to Renault Airport and which news comes?

Reno-Tahoe International Airport has added several new flights as it continues to observe a significant growth in the demand for passengers.

At Reno Airport, it saw 4.8 million passengers fly through the airport last year, compared to 4.57 million in 2023, and most since 2007, according to the airport body. The airport also designs a 5% jump in the number of passengers this year.

The new flights, added to Renault-Taho International Airport last year, include continuous flights to Atlanta from Delta Airlines and continuous flights to Los Angeles and San Diego from Alaska Airlines. The United Airlines seasonal flights to Chicago are also made in flights throughout the year. In addition to Frontier, Southwest Airlines adds a new route this year, including a new nonstop route to Austin, Texas.

The airport is also in the midst of a billion dollars renovation and expansion project, which will include a new consolidated car rental facility and two new competitions.
