Friday Morning Forecast for Baton Rouge 2-7-25: Warm and mostly dry this weekend; Rain is back next week – Yahoo! Voices

Meteorologist Ashley Renee has your forecast from 8:15 in the morning. Good morning to everyone and Happy Friday! We hope you all enjoyed the good weather we had this week. Every morning after Monday it is warm and a little foggy. We also had a little fog a few mornings this week. This is the same story for this morning. By 10am, a thick fog consultation is in force until 10 am. Due to smoke from marsh fires burning southwest of New Orleans, there may be a problem with super fog on the south coast this morning. Be extremely cautious if necessary in New Orleans or the surrounding area. The fog will disappear by the end of this morning. So far, the sky is mostly cloudy, but the clouds will decrease and we will have more sun. Isolated showers are possible today, but almost no rain is expected once again. The high will be nearly 80 degrees. The great weather will continue over the weekend with mostly sunny sky, and the maximums will be nearly 80 degrees. If you have any plans to drive to New Orleans for the Super Bowl Weekend, then all you need is a little water and maybe a small umbrella. The pony on Saturday morning will be in the 60s and the maximums will be nearly 80 degrees. The sky will be partly cloudy and we will have no rain to worry about. There will be a slight change in the forecast for Sunday. First, low levels on Sunday morning will be in the 60, and high temperatures will also be nearly 80 degrees. The sky will be partly to the most cloudy. The approaching cold front will help in several showers that develop that day, but it won’t be much rain. It just has to be isolated showers for the afternoon and evening. But just get your umbrella with you this morning, if there are a few sprinkles this morning. Initially, it seemed that we would get this more cool air at the beginning of the working week, but now it seems that temperatures would not decrease until the end of next week. The high ones are likely to be still in the upper 70s on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The high will be in the 60 to about 70 degrees for the second half of the week. The average maximums are usually in the mid -60s for a Baton Rouge for this part of February. Temperatures were well above average this week. High temperatures will finally be almost average again for the second half of next week. The chances of rain will also remain in the forecast for Tuesday until Thursday. Enjoy all the Super Bowl holidays or whatever else you have planned for this weekend. And stay safe. Thanks for watching. Have a nice Friday and a wonderful weekend!
