Toledo, Ohio (WTVG) – Police call it a disturbing case of childhood porn. A big jury accused that Fremont’s husband on two accusations of examining sexual oriented materials involving a minor.
Fremont police have begun to investigate this case five months ago, and this is not the first time Dustin Michener has been charged with a sexual crime.
“Let’s take some shoes on you, have something to you,” said a Fremont police officer.
Fremont police released a body camera for Dustin Michener’s arrest. He is accused of child porn on electronic devices that belong to him. The police report is more than 20 pages.
Investigators interviewed several children. The victim’s father wanted not to be identified, but he said Mishener should not be around the children.
“I was disgusted and angry. I was on the phone with everyone and anyone trying to get answers, “the father said.
The details of the investigation are graphic.
Fremont Police Chief Derek Wensinger said he had launched an investigation after receiving a child’s report on an inappropriate video on a five -year online.
“Someone who sees a video of a very young child who obviously posts a video of himself in the naked, naked social media, yes,” said chief Derek Wensinger.
Police identify the girl.
“The device that the five -year -old belonged to Dustin Mishener, and that’s why there are some concerns and investigators, why he will be so comfortable with a device,” says the chief.
A large jury handed the charge with two this week.
Police executed a search order where he lived on May.
“We found and identified two videos that were identified as CSAM material,” the chief said.
CSAM means material for sexual abuse of children.
According to the documents of the District Court of Sanduski Michener, a sexual criminal is registered.
He was previously sentenced to seven years in prison for the same crime.
One parent wants a 40-year-old man to be closed for life.
“I would like to see a more subjugation punishment,” the parent said.
Dustin Michener will face a judge on February 14th.
