Monday was officially announced that an ex Western Virginia Running back Quincy Wilson is named the next chief coach at Weir High School in Weiron, West Virginia, who happens as his Alma Mater.

Wilson was actually ready to become the first head coach in Rio Grande, Naia School in Texas, but the school split with him only five months after he was hired. The reasons for the division have not been announced in the official press announcement, stating: “In order to respect the confidentiality of all participating countries, Rio will not provide details of the separation.”

After joining the coaching space in 2017, Wilson spent a lot of time at Mountain State spending time as a runner coach at Glenville State (2017), an associate coach and a running back coach at West Virginia State (2018-21), And the coach of the running back in Fairmont (2023).
