The 3rd Annual Human Resources Conference of the Internal Empire, hosting the Regional Chamber of Commerce of the Internal Empire in partnership with Insight HR Consulting, will be held on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm in 4:30 pm in Hotel and Conference Center at Ontario Airport. This long -awaited event brings together HR professionals, local business leaders and industry experts to explore the emerging trends and critical challenges of the workforce.
While enterprises are oriented in developing labor laws, changes in workplace culture and challenges to hold talents, this conference provides a unique platform for HR professionals to obtain strategic insights, best practices and solutions that stimulate organizational success. Participants will also gain valuable knowledge of the latest changes in California Labor Laws, including updated salaries and extended protection provisions of workers. Sessions will focus on practical strategies to help business remain compatible, protect their workforce and promote sustainable growth in today’s complex regulatory landscape.
This year, the conference will include excellent speakers, including Vilma Brager, Coo in Insight HR Consulting, which will share its experience in HR transformations and talent management. Anne K. Smith, a lawyer and partner at Aalrr’s Law Firm, will give a key idea of the law and compliance with labor law. Angel Guerra-Chagolla, managing partner in 3B National Consulting Group, and Stephen Stewart, owner/operator at United Agentsies Inc. Insurance, they will offer their experience in risk management and strategic planning.
