Florida Softball dominates No. 4 Oklahoma, Louisiana Tech with wins at Run -rule – Tallahassee Democrat

Florida’s softball manages both Louisiana Tech and No. 4 Oklahoma State on Saturday on the last day of the Puerto Vallarta College Challenge in Puerto Valyarta, Mexico.

Seminols # 12 (4-1) scored 17 runs in two games on Saturday to beat the Bulldogs by 9-1 with a fifth-in-ring win, and the Cowgirls 8-0 in another Run-Rule victory with the fifth Inning.

FSU farmers dominated the two matches, allowing only seven hits and one running.

The next Seminoles played at The Shriners Children’s Clearwater Invitation on Thursday.

Game 1: FSU 9, Lousianna Tech 1

Inserting at least one mileage into each inning game, Seminoles put three runways on the board at the bottom of the heel to ensure Run-Rule victory over the bulldogs.

Katie Dack started things home to home, the second of the season. In the second Innning, Gianni Kerr struck a stand -alone shot by giving a 2-0 lead. Triple from Kennedy Harp in the third scored a three -time host from Christina Hartley, who blown up the game.

The bulldogs marked a run at the beginning of the fifth, which was quickly canceled by the fourth household of the game, this time a stand -alone shot from Khali Wakazer. Hartley finished the game with a fly fly, recording his fourth RBI for the night to make 9-1.

Makenna Reid (1-0) began in the Seminoles circle, throwing just over four passes. She allowed three hits and struck two, giving up only one running. Ashitn Danley replaced Reed at the top of the heel to finish the game.

Game 2: FSU 8, Oklahoma 0

After losing the opening season against Cowgirls, FSU replied with a definite 8-0 run over Oklahoma.

The first two passes were Pitcher Double, with none of the team noting and they were struggling to get on the basis. However, the Seminols broke the game open in the third Innning with the second troika of Harp from the day, clearing the bases to give the FSU lead by 3-0.

FSU scored two more in the fourth and added the last two samples of the night in the fifth inning of Kerr’s single and the RBI-eyed RBI game by ISA Torres.

Annabelle Widra (1-0) launches the game, allowing only two hits and hit one of four duties to work.
