HB-1C is the main bill. He set up the State Council for the implementation of immigration, which is made up of Florida’s office. All solutions must be approved unanimously. This is a deviation from the bill that the legislature approved last month, which made the Commissioner for Agriculture throughout the country immigration.

The bill also provides $ 250 million for a grant program to help pay law enforcement officers participating in internal security immigration operations and provides funding to the Florida Ministry of Agriculture to hire additional enforcement authorities to make additional enforcement authorities Support the interdentation activities. The state will also build a new station along the I-10 corridor in North Florida to limit illegal immigration activities.

The bill retains some of the other provisions of the bills approved last month, such as improving ice coordination, maintaining undocumented immigrants accused of prison crimes, and establishing a State Council for the implementation of immigration, which will be led by local law enforcement authorities.

The bill also creates a new program for transporting undocumented migrants, but this will only be done at the direction of the federal government and the state must be fully restored.

In the meantime, the HB-3C creates crimes at the state level for “illegally entering or re-introducing the state” and makes the death penalty compulsory for undocumented immigrants convicted of murder or rape of children.

HB-5C calls more guidance, training and other necessary directives from the Ministry of Homeland Security.

Hoghodis called the special session in January to deal with illegal immigration and other issues, but Albrite and Perez created their own bills, which generally downplayed the landing from the power of immigration and put it in the hands of Simpson.

This led to days of threats from landing to veto bills aimed at helping President Trump’s agenda.
