Florida legislators are expected to arrive in Talahassi for another special illegal immigration session – WSVN 7News | Miami News, Time, Sport | Fort Lauderdale

Southwestern Miami-Dad, Flag. (WSVN) – Florida legislators are expected to arrive on Tuesday in Talahassi for another special session, and on top of their agenda is a continuing discussion on a bill that will prevent illegal immigration.

Tension in Tallahasesee has been boiling for weeks on how to need illegal immigration in the country. One of the main contributing factors is when the MPs in the Chamber and the Senate adopted an act last month, which was different from the plan of governor Ron Zaths and took some of his supervision.

“This does not solve the problem we have with illegal immigration in this country or in this country,” said governor Ron Ron Ron.

“Not only the special session is the loss of money, if the Trump law is actually signed in the law, it will take hundreds of millions of dollars from the financing of our communities,” said Democratic Party President Nicky Fried.

But in order for it to become a law on Earth, it needs the signature of the governor. Instead, he threatened to veto the bill, saying the proposed version was “soaked”.

The law, called the Trump Act, would set up Chief Immigration Director and State Immigration Service.

This would eliminate state education for thousands of undocumented students and providing grants to local law enforcement services for deportation.

But now this is for more changes after discussions between home leaders and governor.

The new bill that will be discussed will set up the State Council for the implementation of immigration, which includes both the governor and the prosecutor General.

The governor’s service will not have the power to transport illegal immigrants, something he did in 2022 to send migrants from Texas to Martha’s vineyard, these efforts will only be laid in the direction of the federal government and taxpayers will be offset.

New crimes will be created at the state level for immigrants who illegally enter and re -enter the state. People who are here illegally would also be automatically refused on bail if they were arrested.

And about $ 46 million will be allocated to hire dozens of officers across the country to deportation that the number includes the construction of an interdition station in Florida Panhandell.

The governor said in a social media publication on Monday night that he would sign the bill if the legislators passed it as it is.

“Now it’s for us to do this. We have been talking about this for years and years and years. We have a mandate now. We will fulfill this mandate and Florida is doing everything possible to be great partners with the federal government in this very important national initiative, “said governor, Zanthis.

Home Chairman Daniel Perez of Miami is the author of the bill and is expected to continue until Friday.
