Florida Legislative Files Bill to impose no hand -to -country hand -on -country – WKMG News 6 & Clickorlando

A new bill was filed yesterday in Florida, which aims to impose hand -driving in the country.

This legislative move comes as a result of the mission of a dedicated father to turn Florida a free state.

The proposed legislation is known as “the Law on Hand Driving in Florida”. Its main goal is to prohibit the use of wireless communication devices (phones, tablets, laptops, gaming devices, etc.) while driving, reducing the risk of accidents caused by distracted driving.

As we reported earlier, the father, who leads this initiative, tirelessly advocates for more stringed laws to prevent the tragic consequences of distracted driving. His efforts were the attention of legislators, which led to this proposed bill that encourages drivers to avoid using manual devices completely while on the road.

The bill outlines exceptions to emergency staff and specific situations, such as accounting for emergencies or the use of navigation systems. He also introduces penalties for violations, with increased fines and potential points of the driving licenses for repeated offenders.

If adopted, this law will enter into force on July 1, 2025, giving Florida with other states that have already applied such provisions for hand -driving.

This impetus for a new law emphasizes how people wake up from the dangers of distracted driving and the need for strong rules to keep everyone on the road.
