The fourth quarter has set a new peak with 33.1 million visitors, including 29.9 million internal, 2.5 million abroad and 742,000 from Canada. Despite the hurricanes Helen and Milton, Florida’s tourism remained strong. The hotel’s employment increased by 6.7% in the Q4, and the Room Nights Sold Dinners increased by 1.6% for the year. Airports also noted growth, with common coverage increased by 3.1%.

Alex Kelly. “Tourism in Florida continued to break records in 2024, recovering from the challenging season of hurricanes, stimulating economic growth and improving the quality of life of Florida communities and families.”
