Flooding affects Lincoln County – WSAZ

Lincoln County, W.VA. (WSAZ) – State Road 3 in Griffithsville sees a lot of floods when there is heavy rain, and this area had 2 to 3 feet of water on Thursday – just in front of where the new Duval PK is built 8 schools.

Jesse Toen, a home inspector of an insurance company, said that what he had experienced was his desire to help people.

“If you have the will to help someone else and not do the check, it means that they do not care their property more recently,” Tayen said.

A driver who passed twice the state road 3 to his raised truck said he would discourage driving through water so high.

“I would not recommend, unless you are sitting so high, I do not recommend going there,” said Karl Crosier.

Crosier’s advice to drivers is: “Find another way.”

Some people did it through the flood, but many drivers turned instead of being adventurous and exposed to potential danger.
