Whether you are a hopeless romantic or the biggest critic of Cupid, the Valentine’s Day may come first, as it is approaching on February 14th. This year, check out the unique Valentine’s activities that are happening through Virginia Beach with events planned for all ages.

Valentine
February 8, 15-4 pm, February 12, 5:00 pm

Check Valentine’s Day at the Great Neck Area library. Participants can make and decorate the bookmark to preserve or as a gift to a special person. The event is open to young people in grades 6-12, and registration is required.

Making cards on a teenager Valentine’s Day
February 11, 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm, Meyera E. Oberndorf Central Library

Teens in grades 6-12 are invited to the Central Library of Arts and Crafts to make a Valentine’s Day card. Whether it’s your Valentine, Galentine, Palentine or Anti-Valentine, create deliveries. Registration is not required.

Valentine’s Staff
February 13, 15:00 and 17:00, Center for Colonial Education in Linhaven
$ 30 per person

Get ready for “Tea-Riff” time with someone special or “deck day” with your friends and girl. Create a personalized watercolor valentines with dried flowers, enjoy a daily cream service and enjoy a tour of the historic house and Lynnhaven sites. Tickets are $ 30 per person and can be purchased online.

Valentine’s forever young day
February 14, 10:00 to 13:00, Bow Creek Recreation Center and Recreation Center on a great door
$ 10 fee per person for Bow Creek; 12 dollar fee for a great neck (membership in the center of Rec or daily pass is required)

Adults 55+ are invited to participate in various entertainment, physical, intellectual, social and external activities in a fun and inclusive environment on Valentine’s Day. Forever young friends will celebrate the day of love and communion with games, music and lunch. Keep your place today.

Valendide
February 14, 18-9 am, Virginia Aquarium and Marine Science Center
$ 150 per person

Celebrate this romantic day surrounded by a picturesque atmosphere will surely impress your valentine. This comprehensive evening comes with gourmet food stations and an open bar as you wander past sea turtles, sharks, rays and more. Keep the tides high with this memorable night experience with the goalkeeper’s conversations and unique scientific stations. Enjoy a traveling meal, stopping for each course of a different exhibit. This event is for age 21 and more, and the identification will be checked at the door.
