“The power of our choice usually affects the most vulnerable,” she says. “We have the privilege of being able to shop for billion different options. Most of these options, especially fast fashion, are ultimately textile waste or are used once or twice and are then donated. You want to invest in quality items that will last the test of time, because if not, it will just be donated. No one will want it and it will be in the third world countries. We want to help stop this cycle. ”

The store also pays tribute to the previous tenant with a corner display full of products from The Hope Shop. Before finding a government street showcase, Miller hosted the pop-up windows and sales of Fill-A-Bag from home. Miller wanted to be in the middle of the city and had even worked for the Non -Profit organization of Hope Shop, producing hands hope. So when the space became accessible, she realized that she was intended to be.

Although the store was completely built, Miller added his own sense to the space, hence these hot floors. “I think it is so important for people to feel the objects, to be able to try them and have access to a cure, sustainable fashion, because many people do not like to dig in savings stores that I can fully understand,” Miller Miller says. “It takes a lot of time and a lot of effort. So I always wanted to provide a more affordable way of shopping. ”

When you deliver a good choice for Co., Miller says he almost never hunts for certain brands. She gravitates to textures and patterns and loves a good statement or something that is “Baba Chic”. And she is looking for practical foundations to balance all this. First of all, Miller is looking for quality pieces that will continue in his next life cycle with the client who pulls him from the trunk.

“If you can imagine, most things were only in my house for years,” Miller says. “I like to throw myself. This is my favorite part of it. I like to shop – the thrill of hunting. So I had many of these things stuffed in my house, and then received a storage unit. And then, after learning that I was signing this lease, I went or went to a mansion like three times a week, I just tried to build my inventory and have really great, quality pieces. ”
