Firefighters in southern California Save a young girl like Blaze Guts Home – Yahoo! Voices

Los Angeles (KTLA) – Firefighters in San Bernardino County saved a young girl with functional needs, which was trapped in the home, as he was tingled on Monday, dramatic video show.

The incident unfolded around 11:15 in the 1300 block of Avenue North Valencia in San Bernardino, according to a message issued by the fire service.

The crews in the first engine arrived within six minutes after the fire was reported and found the one -storey home “well -engaged in smoke and fire”.

“Shortly after their arrival, residents informed the firefighter crew that their daughter, who had access to access and function, was trapped in the home,” said fire officers. “In response to life -threatening update, firefighters have transferred their strategy from fire suppression in search and rescue.”

The footage of the incident shows several firefighters on the side of the house where the child’s room is located, while a team inside the burning house positioned the girl and passed it out the safety window.

The firefighter, carrying the girl, ran through the yard and outside on the street, where he gently laid it on the street. The medical staff quickly intervened and put her in the hospital, where he was reported to be in a serious but stable condition.

Home search and rescue crews also managed to save the dog of the family.

In the end, 30 firefighters, one truck company, one Medic detachment and three main officers managed to break the blast, although the home caused severe damage.

“The fire protection department of San Bernardino County would like to remind residents to keep the doors of the bedroom closed, especially when someone is sleeping inside,” the newspaper notes. “The closed bedroom door helped prevent smoke and flames to cause major injuries, providing enough time for emergency crews to find the girl without significant burns or respiratory injuries.”

No information has been provided on the cause of the fire.
