FAYETTEVILLE, NC (WTVD) — Fayetteville police have arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting a minor.
FPD announced Friday that 20-year-old James Garner was arrested on Oct. 25. He is accused of statutory rape of a child by an adult.
Garner was given a $1 million bond, which was later modified to $75,000.
He remains in custody at the Cumberland County Detention Center.
